what to know!

• these positions are only open to those looking for an accredited internship (masters, undergrad, farm school) and for those who have aspirations of their own farm, not hobbyists or those interested in theoretical research 
• the position is 2 days a week, likely mondays and wednesdays
•the internship begins at the start of april and ends at the end of september
• this is a hands-on position for anyone studying agriculture, looking to put their knowledge to use in the field 
• you will learn about farm planning, successional planting, intercropping, bed rotation, a bit of chaos, and more!
• people living in/near amsterdam will be prioritized. It is up to applicants to have/find their own housing
• interns will receive monthly stipends

what we are looking for!

• although this is an educational internship we are looking for someone who feels comfortable taking initiative and working autonomously and can make sensible conclusions without being told *exactly* what to do 
• we know that small scale farming seems romantic, but we know that the reality is a lot of hard work—we take a lot of nice breaks and provide big lunches and snacks, but are looking for interns who enjoy and are capable of a full day of physical farm work 
• a good attitude and sense of humor
